COLUMBIA Metropolis, Ind. (WANE) – Whitley County Consolidated Educational institutions and Ivy Tech Local community School Fort Wayne are partnering to start a new learning area at the Marshall Group Centre, positioned at 107 N Walnut St. in Columbia Metropolis.
